Delivery Policy

Within Lagos

Delivery of purchases within Lagos takes place within 1-2 business days.

Outside Lagos

Delivery of purchases outside Lagos takes place within 3-5 business days.

** For merchants who choose to use 3AL delivery partner, deliveries will be handled by DHL Nigeria International.
*** We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. 3AL shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within estimated timescales.

Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before the goods are picked up by DHL or within 6 hours of placing the order (whichever comes first). We will refund the entire amount excluding the switching fee from the card companies e.g. Visa and Interswitch switching fees. Cancellations thereafter will not be allowed.

Returns Policy

Returns will only be allowed and be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are manufacturers defects found with the goods, damage in transit or if inaccurate goods are delivered. In such an instance, we will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

Please make sure that the original goods tag and packing is intact when you send us the goods back. However, please note that you shall be liable to pay for the delivery and return cost for the replacement.

Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following goods shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Goods that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging or to the goods;
  • Goods that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all the materials of the designs, embroidered patches (if available), lining materials (if available) and all other items originally included with the goods at the time of delivery;
  • Goods without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to goods with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Goods from which the UPC (Universal Goods Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

In the event that the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the goods supplied, the goods are returned to the merchant with the buyer bearing the VAT and/or delivery and return shipping costs. The aforementioned costs will be deducted from the amount held in the suspense account. Furthermore, a notification must be sent to 3AL in this instance within 4 hours of delivery of the goods.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

For faulty items returned within 7 working days, we will inspect goods before a refund is processed for the purchase value of the goods. Returns after the 7 working days will not be accepted. The cost of delivering and collecting non-faulty items will be payable prior to items being collected.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 5 - 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
